The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for me. I was a solo traveler and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast was great, the pool was lovely and service was fantastic. The service at the hotel was simply outstanding, with every member of staff professionally trained, friendly and they simply could not do enough for us. They also made all the arrangements for us to tour Angkor Wat which made it easy and relaxing to do.
Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel, made even more enjoyable due to the superb service we received.
This hotel is quite the surprise of comfort and service. The entrance is off a dirt road that does not seem impressive. As soon as you enter the... read more lobby you are surrounded by lush vegetation, a lovely pool and a welcoming staff. I felt that our room hugged us as we entered. The location was great for walking to restaurants, shopping and Pub St. The included breakfast buffet was great. I can't thank the staff enough for our great stay. More
